Refund policy
At Annie Blume we want you to fully enjoy your self-care experience. Therefore, if you ever need to make a return of a product purchased on this website you can follow the steps below:
Step 1
Send us an email to care@annieblume.com within 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please, attach the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 2
If your return is accepted, you will receive by email simple instructions on how to create return shipping label. All products must be returned to Annie Blume, Grüttstrasse 43, 6890 Lustenau, Austria. Shipping costs for returning a product must be paid by you.
Step 3
Once we have received the returned product we will contact you. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible on your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In order to prevent or investigate fraudulent activity we may contact you regarding suspicious returns, and/or we reserve the right to deactivate any account that is involved in suspicious activity.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at care@annieblume.com
